Allow 2-5 Business days for processing. Most orders are made during the processing time.Tracking numbers will be emailed out immediately after payment is confirmed and order is ready to be shipped. USPS usually updates tracking within 48 hours of receiving the order during business days and 72 hours if shipped on a non-business day.
If an order is damage, missing, or partially delivered feel free to file a claim with USPS.

All appointments will be open 7 days in advanced. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL PRIOR TO SERVICE. If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of the service. Enter only at the time of your appointment. There is no waiting area. Rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior or you will be charged. Please check emails for confirmation or you will be charged. If you have traveled out of NY state within the past two weeks please do not book an appointment. If you are feeling any covid symptoms please cancel/reschedule your appointment. I will take your temperature at the door. If it is above 100.4 i will send you home. Please wear a mask when entering. Once i start your service (facials) i will remove it.
